COURTHOUSE WITNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM (CWIP)
Our Mission
To provide witnesses in every Courtroom, for every trial held, civil and criminal, to make sure that all United States of America Citizens gets a honest and just trail based on the United States Constitution.

Goals and Projected Time-line
1st - To have numerous witnesses in every Courtroom, in every Town, in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. This goal starts when we hold our fist meeting, and is projected to be accomplished in one year.

2nd - To have numerous witnesses in every Courtroom, in every County in the State of South Carolina. Projected to be accomplished in three to five years.

3rd - To have numerous witnesses in every Courtroom, in every State in the United States of America. Projected to be accomplished in however long it takes.

WITNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Do you want to know why you should show up at trials, and at our monthly meetings?

1st - The first incentive is for the protection of you and your family members. When numerous everyday people show up at every trial held in your local Towns and County, equipped with knowledge about your rights based on the US Constitution, and equipped with the proper tools to enforce your US Constitutional rights, they add a higher level of comfort and courage to you and your family members, because you will be guaranteed to get a honest and just trial.

2nd - The second incentive is based in points awarded for being a witness in Court. You will receive 20 discount points every time you participate as a witness in any Court in Chesterfield County. Each point is equivalent to one dollar that Parkers Paralegal and Judgment Recovery Company will deduct from consultation fees, service fees, constitution study material costs, and more.

Parkers Paralegal and Judgment Recovery Company has a team of trained individuals who will assist you with discharging most public debts, foreclosure problems, vehicle repossessions, county tax problems, IRS tax problems, traffic tickets, driver's license problems, credit card debts, bank debts, financial institution debts, and many more!

3rd - The second incentive is monetary based. You may convert points awarded for participating as a witness in Court, into cash after you have accumulated a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100).

DISCLOSURE: Since most mortgage lenders and vehicle lenders will not give up without a fight in court, you must be willing to stand your ground based on your Constitutional Rights before utilizing our services. Even then you are not guaranteed that you will succeed at winning every Court situation.

Witnesses Must Qualify To qualify as a witness and be eligible for points, you must complete the following:
A free two (2) hours Witness Class. (No Test Required)
A free two (2) hours Constitution Class. (No Test Required)
Attend a minimum of two (2) local monthly meetings per year. (May or may not have admission fees to get in. If we find buildings that the owners will not charge us, we will not charge you at the door.)

Classes will be held in various places throughout Chesterfield County, to be announced.
